At CommsXchange installation services are segmented into
three critical aspects. This is to ensure that the desired
results are achieved with the least disruption to the
business.
The first aspect is the scoping of the project. This will be
carried out between our client, a technical member of our
team allocated to support the installation, and the initial
consultant involved in the quotation process.
Scoping
Our scoping services our designed in helping customers and
technicians to discover, define and articulate the exact
requirements. Although these begin with operational needs
and end in technical requirements, defining a scope of works
is critical in delivering the best service possible.
Aspects of the ‘bigger picture’ are often known but are not
always brought together with sufficient detail such that the
true scope of the requirement or the short term priorities.
These scoping discussions are documented and mutually agreed
by all parties.
The Scope of works document is then fed to the project
manager for review, and is referred to throughout the
project cycle.
Project management
The Project manager at CommsXchange will help ensure your
project scope is achieved correctly in the most suitable
time frame. Our vast experience helps our clients reduce any
potential setbacks. Successful project management is more
than managing the project; it requires managing people,
strategic planning, continuous communications, and industry
specific expertise; all services enhanced by our years of
experience.
Our project manager will facilitate all engineers, third
party partners such as BT, deliveries, and all aspect of the
project. They will work closely with the engineering and
installation team to ensure all expectations from both
parties are achieved.
Project delivery and installation
Once the scoping work is complete and a project manager has
been assigned the installation team will be issued the
project file.
We use fully accredited engineers trained to the highest
standards, backed up with direct support from manufacturers
and tier one distributors.
