CommsXchange maintenance division offers ongoing maintenance
support beyond the manufacturer cover, which will extend the
life of your systems whilst not forcing you to upgrade until
the time is right for you.
Our industry leading and highly
trained support desk is available 365 days a year, 24 hours
a day. The team is responsible for taking, logging, and
distributing faults within our technical team. Our clients
will receive an online portal giving them access to
up-to-date information on faults, statistics and reports.
Managing and Reporting of Faults
Fault management and reporting is tailored to meet agreed
service level agreements. Additional manufacturer support
also gives us the ability to escalate faults back to the
manufacturer directly.
Call handling and escalation process
Upon a fault logged with our service desk a fault engineer
will be assigned to resolve the fault. Initially a remote
diagnostic will be carried out. Upon non rectification of
this fault the engineer will escalate the fault to his
supervisor and the manufacturer if required.
Target Service Levels
The majority of target service agreements are 8 hour
response on minor faults and 4 hours on major faults.
Tailored contracts can be designed to fit around the
organisation to help lower the annual costs of this
agreement.
Warranty management and advanced
replacement is included within the support costs.
